Julie Vos merchandise purchased through the website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase in the original condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping.

This refund policy excludes the FRIDAY DEAL and SAMPLE SALE and discounted purchases such as Lucky Breaks and the Lucky Daily Deal.  All Friday Deal and Sample Sale purchases and all other discounted purchases are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

Merchandise purchased through TRUNK SHOWS can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase in the original condition.
