Black Friday Sale FAQ

 

Thanks for contacting Julie Vos! Response times may be delayed during our Black Friday Sale. Below are a few tips to help you with your sale order.

 

Ordering and Payment

  • Only select styles are part of the sale.
  • All jewelry purchased from the sale is final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Quantities of sale pieces are limited, so jewelry sells out in real time. Putting an item in your cart does not reserve the item. If the jewelry in your cart is no longer available, it has sold out.
  • We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please review your order before checkout.
  • Each order is processed individually. During the sale, we are unable to combine orders.
  • Discounts are included in the sale price. We are unable to retroactively apply promotion offers or discounts.

 

Shipping

  • Due to the high volume of orders during our sales, orders can take 1-2 business days to be processed and may arrive slightly later than usual. Please allow 3-5 business days for 2Day shipping to arrive and 5-7 business days for USPS Ground orders to arrive.
  • If you received a delivery notification but have yet to receive your order, please wait 1-2 business days. USPS/FedEx often experience lag times between delivery notifications and actual deliveries.
