If you need to contact us about a repair, please send an email to hi@julievos.com including the following information:

  • Your name, email and phone number
  • A copy of your proof of purchase 
  • A picture of the damaged piece 
  • A description of your repair request 

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the damage and contact you via email to proceed. 

Every request is unique and evaluated on a case by case basis. Please note:

  • Only current styles are eligible for re-plating or repair. 
  • If the item was purchased over 12 months ago and is eligible for repair, you will be charged 25% of the purchase price as a fee.
  • If the item was purchased over 12 months ago and is no longer eligible for repair, we will offer you 50% of the purchase price in store credit.
  • If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your repair. 
  • Please note, if the damage to your piece was caused due to neglecting our jewelry care instructions or if your item has been altered in any way, we are unable to repair your item.
