Response times may be delayed during our Black Friday Sale . Below are a few tips to help you with your sale order.
Ordering and Payment
- Only select styles are part of the sale.
- All jewelry purchased from the sale is final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Quantities of sale pieces are limited, so jewelry sells out in real time. Putting an item in your cart does not reserve the item. If the jewelry in your cart is no longer available, it has sold out.
- We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please review your order before checkout.
- Each order is processed individually. During the sale, we are unable to combine orders.
- Discounts are included in the sale price. We are unable to retroactively apply promotion offers or discounts.
Shipping
- Due to the high volume of orders during our sales, orders can take an additional 1-2 business days to be processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for overnight shipping to arrive, 3-5 business days for 2 Day shipping to arrive, and 5-10 business days for free shipping to arrive.
- If you received a delivery notification but have yet to receive your order, please wait 1-2 business days. UPS and USPS often experience lag times between delivery notifications and actual deliveries.

- Sale items are packaged in our microsuede pouch.

Who is Julie Vos?
- Jewelry designer Julie Vos is the woman behind her namesake brand. What started as a desire to give women the kind of jewelry they were looking for, developed into an important niche in the marketplace: creating high-end fashion jewelry designed to the standards of fine jewelry. Since the founding in 2006, Julie Vos jewelry is modeled on the belief that we make the beautiful world we live in with inspiration and discipline, and this philosophy translates into the design of every piece.

- Orders placed with Free Ground Shipping will ship within 1-2 business days.
- We ship with UPS SurePost which provides the combined, reliable convenience of UPS and USPS delivery. Your package is shipped via UPS to your local post office for final delivery by the USPS.
- Orders with 2-Day and Overnight Shipping placed Monday through Friday by 12PM Eastern Standard Time ship the same day (excludes national holidays). 2-Day and Overnight orders placed after 12PM or over the weekend will ship the following business day.
- You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that during sale events or national holidays shipping times may be longer.
- Paid shipping is not eligible for refunds.
- For questions regarding the status of your shipment once in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewels! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept refunds, merchandise credit or exchanges for full price merchandise ordered through our website up to 14 days after purchase. For items returned within 30 days, we offer exchanges or a merchandise credit. To start that process, follow the below steps:

- For orders that were received as gifts, click here and enter your information
- Select from options for a refund, exchange or gift card
- Download your pre-paid shipping label to send your jewels back to us
- When sending the jewels back, please package them securely and include your printed invoice with the shipment
Please note that the below conditions apply:
- If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return. We are not able to process any sort of return for items not purchased through our website.
- We are not able to create international return labels at this time. Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
- All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any credit card changes or if the refund is not showing on your statement within 14 days of processing, please contact your bank directly.
- This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
- If your jewelry was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email a photo to our Customer Care team at customercare@julievos.com and if applicable, we will gladly help you with a replacement.
International
For international returns please contact our customer service team at customercare@julievos.com or call 646-448-4345. Returns are handled on a case by case bases, as fees may apply.
Gift Packaging
- Your jewels will be shipped in a deluxe Julie Vos box, with our signature micro-suede pouch.
- Should you like to include a gift note, it will be printed on the recipient’s gift invoice. To add the note click the link in cart that says "Add a Note" and write your message.
- We are unable to accommodate a change in packaging after an order has been placed.
Gift Cards
Adorn them with what they want. Choose how you want to send your gift—via mail or email—then leave the rest up to us. Like your favorite jewels, our gift cards never expire and have no processing fees. Valid only on julievos.com.
- Physical gift cards are shipped.
- Gift cards are only valid on julievos.com, not in stores.
Instant sparkle for their inbox. Whether you want it delivered ASAP or have a future date in mind, e-gift cards arrive by email, feature a personal message from you, and come with easy instructions for redeeming at checkout. Available from $50-$500.
- E-Gift cards can be sent immediately or on a specific date.
- Valid on julievos.com, not in stores.
Jewelry Care & Warranty Policy
Julie Vos is designed and handcrafted to the standards of fine jewelry.
Jewelry Care:
Here are some tips to extend the life of the jewelry:
- Maintain the jewelry's beautiful luster by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, make-up or any harsh cleaning products.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
- To clean or polish, use a soft, dry tissue to gently remove any debris.
- Store your jewelry in the microfiber suede pouch included with your purchase.
Warranty Policy:
For 12 months from the date of purchase, we are happy to take care of your product if damage to the material occurs. Simply contact our Customer Care team to assist.
Please email the following to customercare@julievos.com for next steps:
- Proof of purchase (required)—order number
- Name, email, and order number
- Attach image(s) of damaged item(s)
- A description of your request
Once they have reviewed your request, you’ll receive a return label to return the damaged item. Once we receive the item, our team will ship the replacement piece.
*Please Note:
This policy does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Julie Vos.
Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of JulieVos.com and/or our from one of our authorized retailers) will not be covered. Please direct your request to the location the items were purchased from.
Due to the nature of our sales, items sell out very quickly and we will be unable to offer replacements on final sale items.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as ShopPay and Apple Pay, as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on julievos.com for any order, including pieces that are on "Pre-order" status.
*Please note:
Our system does not allow for split payments. Due to system limitations, we are unable to process phone orders using gift cards or ShopPay as payment methods. Additionally, discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases
**ShopPay Installments is subject to approval with Affirm and is not determined by Julie Vos. If you have any questions about ShopPay installments, you can find more information here.
Discount Codes:
Please note the below guidelines for using discount codes on our website.
- To apply a discount code, enter the code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box on the checkout screen.
- Only codes sent from Julie Vos are valid on our website.
- Free shipping discount codes are eligible on domestic, full-price orders only.
- Each code can be used one time per customer.
- Only one discount code can be applied per order, codes cannot be combined.
- Full-priced jewelry purchased with a discount code is eligible for refunds, exchanges or merchandise credit for the amount paid.
