How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, lotion & perfume.
Do you gift wrap? Can you put the item in a box?
Our jewelry comes gift wrapped in boxes or luxurious drawstring pouches depending on the size of the piece. If you have special gift instructions, you can let us know in the "notes" box when you checkout. All gifts are sent with a gift receipt. If the recipient would like to exchange the gift, we have a record of your purchase and will issue a credit for the amount, as long as the item is not final sale.
Am I eligible for a return?
All full price merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase less the cost of shipping. Sale items are final sale.

What are the terms of a discount code?
One discount code may be used at a time. One discount code may be used per customer. When a discount code is used on full priced merchandise, the merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. When a discount code is used on Sale items the purchase is Final Sale. Unless a promotion is specifically for sale merchandise, a discount code in not eligible on sale merchandise.
Where do I enter my discount code?
After you have added all products desired to your cart, hit the 'CHECKOUT' button. You will land on a new page and the area to enter the discount code is on the right.

Do you ship internationally?
We do! Our international shipping is based on the provided shipping address. For orders over $250, international shipping is free. Please note, all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Julie Vos LLC and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
How do I return or exchange an item I purchased at a store/boutique that carries Julie Vos?
Please address all items not purchased directly through Julie Vos to the store and/or location it was purchased.
